ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As a Partnership Sponsoring Assistant, you will join the Partnership Marketing team, whose role is to manage and activate our sponsorship portfolio, optimize partnerships performance, and ensure strong brand presence through innovative activations.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Manage the team’s ticketing tool
• Support Sponsorship Project Managers with their partnership portfolio
• Assist in the servicing of partnerships before and during events
• Track deliverables for league and club sponsorship assets
• Build summary and performance reports on partnerships
• Maintain and update internal tools used by the team
• Conduct market monitoring and analysis

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness, energy and a good sense of humor!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You are a Master’s student (Bac+4/5), ideally in Marketing or Business School
• You have a strong interest in sports and ideally in sports betting
• You have prior experience working in an organization focused on sponsorship and brand activation
• You possess strong analytical skills and are data/results-oriented
• You have a solid business mindset and understand performance metrics
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…)
• You have a perfect command of English
• You are dynamic, methodical, rigorous, proactive and responsive

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet Damien, Head of Partnership Marketing, who will be your future mentor.

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
