The Head of Campus & PMI is a senior leader within the Workplace organization, responsible for shaping and driving the global campus infrastructure and post-merger integration strategy at Believe. This role provides strategic direction across the evolution of sites, the integration of newly acquired companies, and the governance of workplace tools and assets. The scope includes both physical and digital environments, ensuring that all Believe locations—existing or integrated—meet standards of operational excellence, scalability, and alignment with our broader technology vision.
This position is part of the leadership team of the Workplace & Tech department and collaborates closely with Security, Legal, Product & Platform teams, Procurement, and Finance to orchestrate change and build an integrated, resilient workplace environment.
