    Job description

    We are looking for a full-time Content Marketing Manager to support the growth of our marketing team. You will play a key role in the content factory, creating newsletters, writing articles, and publishing communications across all platforms in order to help Baracoda raise its brand awareness internationally. As an early entrant to a fast-growing startup, you’ll contribute to strategizing our marketing efforts and onboarding new teammates.

    You would be in charge of:
    ▪ Developing editorial strategies and a strong tone of voice to enhance our Daily Healthtech vision
    ▪ Creating content in close collaboration with the business and tech teams — continuously suggesting new formats, ideas and visuals
    ▪ Managing a content calendar and setting up inbound marketing operations (newsletters, blog articles, case studies, ebooks, videos, webinars, etc.)
    ▪ Testing your work and quickly iterating to make sure we’re always delivering the right message to the right audience

    Preferred experience

    • You have 3-5 years experience in B2B content marketing, creating communications for large corporate organisations, either working in-house or for an agency.
    • You are passionate about writing and digital storytelling. You like thinking outside the box and simplifying complex ideas.
    • Your English is fluid: you’re able to meme and engage a friendly tone of voice.
    • A born multi-tasker, you thrive in technical and fast paced environments. You are not afraid of building ambitious projects and know how to deliver them.
    • A people person: you’re able to interact with multiple stakeholders and get them to trust you.
    • You are enthusiastic, curious and autonomous in your work.
