We’re looking for a Web Experience & CMS Intern to help us elevate our online presence and turn our website into a modern, high-performing and conversion-driven platform.
Your mission: analyze, rethink, redesign.
Working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in improving both the user experience and the overall impact of our website.
What you’ll work on
Website Audit & Optimization
Analyze our current website (structure, design, performance, UX)
Identify friction points, inconsistencies and areas for improvement
Benchmark best-in-class websites (inside and outside our industry)
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Design & User Experience Enhancement
Contribute to the redesign of key pages (homepage, product pages, landing pages)
Improve user journeys to make them smoother, clearer and more engaging
Bring ideas to strengthen storytelling, visuals and overall brand impact
Ensure consistency between brand identity, content and design
HubSpot CMS Management & Implementation
Work directly in HubSpot CMS to implement improvements
Update and optimize layouts, modules and content
Help build new pages and landing page templates
Ensure the website is responsive, fast and aligned with SEO best practices
Content & Conversion Optimization
Test new ideas to improve engagement and lead generation
Contribute to a more performance-driven approach to the website

You are a student in Digital, Web, Design or a related field, looking for a 4+ month internship
You have a strong interest in websites, UX/UI and digital experiences
You understand modern web standards, tools and trends
You are both creative and analytical: able to assess an existing website and suggest concrete improvements
You’re comfortable sharing ideas and challenging the status quo
You have a good knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or CMS tools (HubSpot is a strong plus)
You have a strong attention to detail and a real sensitivity to design
You are comfortable working in both French and English
You are proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
