VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS

We are looking for our next Project and Change Management intern  in Transformation and Organizational domains as of February 2026 and for 6 months at our AXA Headquarters!

AXA Headquarters brings together the group's corporate activities and oversees global entities, ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards, as well as consistency in commercial approaches.

Within the Group Underwriting Office (GUO), you will join the Operational Excellence and Change Management team as Project and Change Management Intern. Following its creation in 2023, the team operates transversally within the Department to lead its Transformation strategy.

Change Management is a one of the key pillars to reinforce the Group Underwriting office transformation journey which addresses Culture and Collaboration, Communication and Performance management.

Evolving in an International environment, you will have the opportunity to launch and participate to various Change Management initiatives targeting the GUO people and to discover the Insurance industry key activities such as Underwriting, Pricing and Claims.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with different experts (Change Management Specialist and GUO project managers), to execute cross-functional initiatives such as change and project management upskilling programs,
  • Participate to the animation of our Change Champion Community enhancing collaboration between teams (based in Paris and Madrid).
  • Participate to the design and delivery of upcoming projects involving Change Management practice.
  • Produce project status reports and other deliverables, monitoring progress and maintaining adherence to best practices, plus ad-hoc tasks that may be required

VOTRE PROFIL

Who You Are 

  • Currently enrolled in Business School or University (Master in communications, change management, project management, or related function)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Team player with the ability to work in project mode
  • Autonomous, Curious and willing to take new challenges
  • Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (e.g.: PROSCI) is a plus
