Your work environment
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, in order to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices.

Within the Group, you will join the Group Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility and Labour Relations department which is part of Group Human Resources.
Within this Department, you will be part of the Reward team responsible for managing Compensation for AXA Group and the GIE AXA.
What you will be doing:
Main purpose: Assist the AXA Group and GIE AXA Reward team in its missions and various global projects and initiatives.
Your daily tasks: Support on various Reward topics by:
Contributing to the Group Executives compensation review (main process during the year) including external benchmarking and grading of roles
Contributing to the annual GIE AXA compensation review
Working on day to day such as compensation analysis, interaction with Group’s entities
Helping the team maintain up to date individual files and compensation database
Supporting the team on managing Executive’s International Mobility across AXA Group entities
Let’s talk about you
Knowledge in HR and/or Rewards
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data
Advanced level of Excel and Powerpoint
Capacity to react and adapt quickly as we are working in a fast-changing environment

Project Management and result oriented
Fluent in English both written and verbal, able to also understand French
First experience in HR / Rewards is a plus
Completing a Master degree in HR or Finance (business school is appreciated)
