At AXA Climate, we believe climate and nature should be treated as first-class stakeholders in business decisions - just like customers, employees or shareholders.
AXA Climate brings together 200+ climate experts across 5 continents, combining deep scientific expertise with pragmatic solutions. Our work spans Insurance, Training, Consulting and SaaS products, all driven by one ambition: turning climate and environmental challenges into concrete, actionable decisions.
Altitude is the SaaS arm of AXA Climate. We build decision-making tools that help Private Equity, Infrastructure funds and Corporate leaders understand, anticipate and act on climate and nature-related risks.
The Altitude team is 60+ people (product, design, engineering, data, account executives,…) operating with strong autonomy, while collaborating closely with consulting and scientific experts.
We already work with 100+ asset managers and 40+ major corporate players in Europe and the US. It’s now time for step 2!

We are a product-driven team, convinced that thoughtful design can make complex topics usable, understandable and actionable. Our users deal with uncertainty, long-term risks and high-stakes decisions. Our role is to help them focus on what matters, not struggle with the tool.
We care about:
Real user problems (not just feature delivery),
Strong product discovery,
Continuous improvement,
… and collective learning.
Design is not a “final layer” at Altitude, it’s a core part of how we build products.
As a Product Designer at Altitude, you won’t just design screens. You’ll help shape how climate and environmental adaptation becomes operational for thousands of decision-makers. You’ll be embedded in the product teams, working end-to-end on complex, high-impact problems, from early discovery to production.
You’ll collaborate closely with:
Product Managers (on vision, discovery and prioritization),
Tech Leads & Engineers (to build and ship high-quality solutions),
Other designers to continuously raise the bar,
Business stakeholders (KAM, CSMs, Account Executives,…)
You’ll work with several squads, with a strong level of ownership and autonomy.

Your north star: make the complex feel simple and useful.
2. Contribute to a strong product & design culture
Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers to bring the product vision to life.
Actively contribute to design standards, patterns and best practices.
Share feedback and help grow design maturity across squads.
Advocate for user-centered thinking in product discussions and delivery.
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally on SaaS products.
Strong UX fundamentals, solid UI craft, and a portfolio that shows your thinking.
Comfortable owning design topics across multiple squads.
Structured, pragmatic and adaptable: you bring clarity to complex problems.
Detail-oriented, with a taste for clean, elegant and coherent interfaces.
Collaborative by default, and comfortable challenging ideas (including your own).
Curious about climate, impact and meaningful products.
Fluent in French and English.
