In close relationship with the consulting team, the NbS intern will contribute to develop AXA Climate’s recognition in the Nature field by being involved to consulting projects, including one large-scale consulting mission (SWIFTT). The NbS Consultant will participate to the following activities :
Assist in managing all aspects of a large-scale project, ensuring smooth execution and timely progress.
Maintain a strong, proactive relationship with multiple partners, ensuring alignment and effective communication and keeping everyone informed and engaged.
Handle critical project-related duties with precision and efficiency.
Create material for regular meetings, capturing key updates and strategic insights.
Contribute to answer expression of Interest and public tenders : identify local partners ; write the first draft and manage the platform submission.

Excellent project management skills (stakeholders’ coordination, timeline respect, synthesis capabilities…).
Fast learner, critical thinking
Autonomous and pro-active
Ability to navigate complex projects, well organized.
Good writing and communication skills
Purpose driven / Strong interest for Nature conservation and protection.
Analytical skill (excel, data experience) would be an advantage.
Experience / Background:
Top 5 French Business / Engineering school or international equivalent.
Background in environmental studies is an advantage.
Ideally already an internship as a consultant
Strong interest in sustainability and climate adaptation is required.
