Within the Industry Adaptation domain, as a Climate Risk Consultant Intern, you will:
Perform Climate Risk Analysis and Adaptation Strategy: Conduct thorough risk screenings, scenario development, and assessments to develop targeted strategic climate adaptation plans for diverse sectors, ensuring resilience across operations.
Conduct Field Assessments & Develop Adaptation Measures: participate in site visits to evaluate climate risks across various industries and design practical adaptation strategies, including soft (e.g., awareness programs) and hard (e.g., infrastructure upgrades) measures tailored to specific industry needs.
Support Training & Knowledge Sharing to enhance our consulting value proposal: Design and deliver training programs to build client teams’ resilience capabilities, while contributing to internal knowledge management, particularly in the context of industry-specific climate adaptation strategies.
Drive Research & Development for our Consulting Offer: Contribute to R&D efforts focused on industry adaptation, including the development of climate adaptation databases, nature-based solutions, and impact assessments for various sectors.

Education: Pursuing a master’s degree at a top engineering or business school (or equivalent).
Languages: Proficient in both English and French, with excellent communication skills.
Hard Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint; ability to synthesize complex data into clear, high-quality reports and presentations.

Autonomous: proactive, and a strong team player.
Experience: Previous experience in Consulting / Engineering / Startup / or climate-related roles is advantageous.
