Descriptif des missions proposées
1/ Gérer un projet de développement d’outils digitaux visant à améliorer la gestion intra-service
2/ Automatisation de l'outil de gestion d'évolution des couts de réparation
3/ Revision de procédure interne
4/ Amelioration de processus entre le service reparation et le service de gestion contrat client
5/ Amelioration du process de refacturation client.
Ce stage demandera de travailler en collaboration avec des équipes multifonctionnelles : Supplier Repair Manager, GMA Contract Manager, Acheteurs, Informatique, Qualité, Logistique, etc.

Detailed description of the mission
1/ Project management of a digital tool to improve internal exchanges
2/ Automatisation of Cost base tool
3/ Internal process revision to meet ISO requirements
4/ Process improvement between Repair management team and Contract management team
5/ Improvement of way of working on customer invoice.
Collaborate with other teams: GMA Repair Manager, Contract Manager, Procurement, IT, Quality, Logistic, ...
