Manage a portfolio of 100 medium-sized non-profit organizations (~5k members /account)
Act as the primary point of contact for your customers and build trusted, lasting partnerships
Deeply understand each non-profit's challenges, goals, and growth potential
Master the software's full capabilities to advise customers effectively
Ensure contract renewals and proactively reduce churn
Identify and execute upsell opportunities
Develop and implement account growth strategies for each customer in your portfolio
Manage your pipeline rigorously and report on progress
Turn your field experience into actionable feedback for the product, messaging, and internal processes
Contribute to improving the Account Management team's practices and playbooks
5+ years of experience, at least 1-2-3 year in sales or account management
Client-centric mindset: active listening, ability to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions
Skilled in objection management: handling difficult conversations, negotiating compromises
Proven ability to manage renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and contract negotiations
Bilingual French - English (mandatory, as we operate in both languages)
Interest in the tech sector and the non-profit world is a plus
