Our 1500+ employees operate in 20 countries (Europe, Asia, Americas, Middle East, Africa) and we partner with 1000 clients, including some of the world's top 300 brands such as Samsung, L'Oréal and Sanofi.

Partnering with industry leaders like Google, Tealium, Adobe, and Piano Analytics, we push the boundaries of innovation for our clients. Our passion lies in staying ahead of the curve, ensuring our clients leverage the latest technologies to unlock growth and achieve results.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll have a leading role for projects that transform businesses through data. You'll leverage your expertise in website and app analytics to collect, process, and activate valuable insights, enabling teams in utilising data and realising growth.

You'll join a multinational and ambitious team, working closely with Media & Activation, Creation, Consultancy, Data Science, and Data Engineering to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Among your responsibilities will be the execution of our web and app analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery, which includes:

  • You'll implement and manage tag management systems, data layers, and marketing tags.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction by clearly understanding their needs and translating them into impactful projects and business opportunities.
  • You'll leverage your expertise in Web and App Analytics tools to implement them according to best practices.
  • By performing audits and reviews, you'll guarantee high-quality data for reliable insights.
  • Through clear solution designs, documentation, and developer guidelines, you'll bridge the gap between analytics and development for seamless implementation.
  • You'll utilise lighter coding skills (mainly JavaScript) to streamline data collection and manipulation processes.
  • You'll establish and maintain data pipelines for web, apps, offline channels, and POS systems, ensuring comprehensive data collection with best practices.

We expect you to stay up to date on developments within the industry, to share best practices and contribute to Artefact’s institutional knowledge.
