Job 

At Artefact we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist, preferably with a 1st experience in B2B Marketing in a Tech company, and with a good knowledge in lead generation programs globally (CRM - Pardot / HubSpot / Marketo or others ) and used to organise off-site and online events in France, directly reporting to the French B2B Marketing Manager of Artefact.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and its capabilities. This role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform we use. (Pardot & Salesforce).

  • Marketing automation and emailing campaigns: 
    • You are responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements. You can create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
    • You support essential marketing operations initiatives in Pardot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
    • You measure our lead gen performances for France and you are agile in proposing new actions or innovative programs to meet our leads’ targets.You understand and evaluate campaign metrics (KPIs) and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team. You can create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
    • You support the overall Lead Gen strategy and plan at Artefact, ensuring that France has a strong lead gen plan and meet its targets by leveraging adequate marketing automation & advertising campaigns. 
    • You help to set up programs of engagement by target audience and vertical sectors, promoting our packaged data & digital offerings to fuel the sales pipeline through our Pardot Marketing Automation tool (from the website, events/webinars, mailings, online advert, social media) to convert them into opportunities in our Salesforce CRM. 

 

  • Digital advertising & Website management : 
    • You manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc...) to increase our brand awareness, promote our packaged offers and presence at events/webinars in France and gain new leads. 
    • You ensure that the French version of the website conforms to the global English one and your SEO is effective.
    • You create all landing pages to promote our events, conferences and encourage downloads of our white papers and studies.
    • You support the enrichment of the site with the publication of marketing contents (blogs, news, articles)
    • You ensure the smooth running of the website, help with tracking and performance metrics and support the webmasters in the continuous website improvement and its ergonomics.

Events organisation:You help the France marketing manager to organise end-to-end different types of events (webinars, breakfasts, conferences, round tables, fireside chats, “matinale de la Data”), either internally or externally with our main business partners (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook) and key Tech companies of the market. You help to define attractive topics/themes with appropriate internal speakers and help them deliver impactful presentations. You activate a multi-channel communication before-during-after each event to make the most of these investments, attract new leads to be handed over and followed-up by our teams of consultants and business developers. 

Your digital marketing role is to focus on supporting Artefact brand awareness, visibility and enhance business growth

  • You’re multitasking with an intensive tempo, from strategic thinking to operations, meaning that no day will be the same! 
  • You focus on metrics, analytics to measure projects’ efficiency for continuous improvement. You ensure that new business processes and reporting are accessible and clear to the wider business.
  • You like working in an international environment collaborating with your marketing counterparts, sharing best practices and leading by example, standing as the pilot country in most cases. 

Competencies required:

  • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, MSDynamics or Hubspot) in a BtoB tech environment
  • Experience creating multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Interest in learning and testing new tools (GenAI, agenticAI tools and prompt engineering solutions)
  • Good project management skills, multitasking, and metrics-driven. 
  • Ability to thrive in a buzzing and fast-paced environment  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in French, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Business acumen to be able to understand and write business-oriented content
  • Interest in new technologies, digital, data and AI, handy with Google Suites and GenAI tools. 

A good knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot and GenAI B2B marketing tools would be a plus !
