Position:

We are looking for an Talent Acquisition Recruiter, who identifies with the following aspects:

Key responsabilities:

  • Selection of our future IT consultants via advertisements, sourcing from CV libraries, direct approach, etc.;
  • Follow-up of applications: emails, pre-qualifications, minutes of telephone interviews, responses to candidates, etc.;
  • Conducting interviews and recruitment meetings;
  • Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technological developments that influence our clients hiring needs.

Profil recherché

Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Communication or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting technical profiles for the IT sector;
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g.: social media);
  • People-oriented, organized, and autonomous;
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (e.g.: Recruitee and LinkedIn Recruiter);
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.
