This is a 1-year apprenticeship aimed at students in their final year of study or equivalent.

Your mission:

• Investigate and understand errors in AI workflows to help improve accuracy and reliability.

• Build scripts or small tools to monitor, detect, and communicate model issues to the team.

• Collaborate closely with developers and data scientists to improve workflows and deliver production-ready solutions.

• Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance the extraction of ESG information from documents.

Desired profile:

Prerequisites:

• Strong interest in AI, data quality, and document analysis.

• Basic knowledge of scripting or data handling (Python preferred).

• Comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis.

• Screening call – 30 min
  A first conversation to better understand your background and expectations, and to introduce the role and the team.

• Take-home technical test – 1 hr
  A short exercise you can complete on your own time. The goal is to understand how you think and solve problems.

• Test review – 45 min
  A debrief to discuss your approach, your choices, and give you the opportunity to ask questions.

• Final chat with Charles or Edouard (co-founder) (30 min)
