The Team

A&M’s Disputes and Investigations (DI) practice provides forensic accounting and dispute advisory services to clients within a wide variety of industries.  The practice brings a practical, results-oriented approach to solving problems related to forensic accounting investigations, financial disputes, regulatory interventions, and technical accounting issues. 

How You Will Contribute

  • Work closely with our Managing Director and Senior Directors / Directors on on mandates and deal origination in France and internationally
  • Participate in deal origination and assist the team in targeting potential clients
  • Perform detailed sector and company research
  • Prepare commercial documentations and business cases
  • Support the team in the execution of mandates
  • Balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management

Qualifications

We are looking for ambitious and talented individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Currently studying at a leading business school (“Programme Grande École”), Engineering School, Dauphine, or Sciences Po
  • Prior experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, Private Equity or Private Debt
  • Strong understanding of debt instruments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint and investment banking tools (Debtwire, Pitchbook, CapIQ etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to work fairly autonomously and capacity to work in a team
  • A strong interest in consulting and private equity, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team.
