Our FSI practice provides assistance to financial institutions seeking organic or inorganic growth opportunities, requiring restructuring, or conducting strategic reviews. Working directly with our client’s management, A&M's involvement reassures stakeholders that the company is taking critical steps to address its challenges and maximize value.We work with clients across the Financial Services industry, including banks, private equity investors, regulatory authorities, insurers, wealth and asset managers, and other specialized FS firms. A&M’s FSI professionals work on some of the world’s most high-profile cases in a rapidly transforming financial services landscape, striving for game-changing solutions that provide impactful long-term change. The team's core market is France, but there are opportunities to work across Europe and in emerging markets. How you will contribute 
  • Support the delivery of transformation projects within financial institutions, focusing on large and complex programs for leading Tier 1 European banks.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders in the client’s business and professionals from leading financial institutions.
  • Manage consultant teams and interactions with clients.
  • Develop and demonstrate both strategic mindset and pragmatism.
  • Own a workstream autonomously and contribute to identifying disruptive transformation levers.
  • Be actively involved in business development activities and innovative offerings for the market.
Qualifications 
  • Graduation from a Tier 1 Business School or Engineering School.
  • Experience in financial services advisory, particularly in large-scale transformation programs with leading financial services players in the French market.
  • Native/Fluent French and English language skills, with excellent writing skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
  • Willingness to travel often (mainly within Europe).
  • EU citizenship or right to work in the EU.
  • Outstanding analytical and presentation skills, with a mix of hard and soft skills, drive, and leadership.
