About the role

A&M’s PEPI practice in London is looking to hire a Director with a strong track record in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD). This senior-level role requires extensive experience in managing CDD projects, with a blend of commercial skills, an entrepreneurial approach, and a strong network.

As part of A&M's integrated team, the Director will collaborate with colleagues from Corporate Transformation, and Transaction Advisory & Valuations practices, leveraging a broad range of resources and expertise across sectors and geographies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Commercial Due Diligence projects, ensuring superior results and client satisfaction.
  • Develop insights and innovative solutions for complex client challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding A&M’s profile in the CDD market.
  • Contribute to the development of service methodologies and thought leadership within the firm.
  • Build and foster strong client relationships.
  • Support recruitment, team development, and motivation, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience leading Commercial Due Diligence projects and growth strategy engagements.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality results, particularly within the Private Equity environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid professional network and reputation for delivering value and innovation.
