After a successful launch with 50+ students in Milan, and an academic year kicked-off with Bain & Company and many other top partnerships (e.g. Venchi, Moncler, Google, Reply…), a double degree agreement with POLIMI GsoM Albert School in Italy is ready to scale to the next level.

Missions

Work hand-in-hand with the General Manager Italy to accelerate our Milan expansion and help shape Albert School’s future in Italy.

Main responsibilities include:

• Sales & Admissions

  o Boost Albert School’s reputation in Italy.
  o Attract top students through marketing, fairs, and high-school visits. o Select outstanding candidates (only 1 in 8 is admitted).

• Product & Academics

  o Recruit and coordinate a team of exceptional lecturers.

  o Deliver an outstanding student experience with innovative courses and community moments.

• Partnerships
  o Build and nurture strong relationships with companies and entrepreneurs.

• Operations
  o Identify and launch new campus opportunities. o Ensure compliance with Italian regulations.

Profile sought

1. You are a very ambitious individual looking for an impactful experience

   • You are fluent in Italian and English – French is a plus

   • You are currently enrolled or have studied in a top university

   • You like fast-paced environments, having responsibilities and autonomy

   • You are organized and meticulous in your work

   • You are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of individuals (teachers, teaching candidates, executives, students, etc.)

   • You’re a team player
