We are looking for a talented Customer Onboarding Specialist to manage our Mid market accounts in our DACH market. You are the first point of contact of our new clients, your mission is to make them feel comfortable with the use of our product.

Your mission @ Aircall

  • Lead the onboarding process for a portfolio of new customers of average size (10 to 50 users) on DACH markets aiming to continually improve customer experience; this implies reviewing and understanding our customer's business and communication challenges in order to successfully implement our solutions and meet their business goals
  • Apply the onboarding methodology, respect each step in a timely manner and record events as they occur to ensure information sharing to Sales and Success teams
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and follow-up open tickets to ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Analyse, organise and communicate customer feedback to the Product and Sales Teams
  • Learn and constantly stay up-to-date on the Aircall solution
  • Carry out user training in a webinar format
  • Contribute to internal transformation team projects

  • A little more about you:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar position
  • Native in German
  • Bilingual in English
  • Strong organisation skills - strong ability to manage one's time and to manage priorities
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability/willingness to respect an operational process
  • Mindset to push to get things done
  • Assertiveness to drive projects and guide the customer
  • Willingness to proactively call clients to clarify topics and/or solve issues
  • Sense of initiative: go the extra mile to please the customer
  • Comfortable simultaneously managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Solutions driven, a real problem solver
  • Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
  • Tech curiosity is a big plus as we onboard customer on a SaaS solution
