Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Supply Repair Officer SRO (f/m) to join our Repair And Overhaul Operations Department based in Marignane, France.

Main missions will be to boost a flow of repaired parts which  are under processing within Airbus helicopters European Logistic Platform by avoiding any litigations - flow stoppage.

Your challenges:

You will have to boost on going repair flow with vendors / repairers to deliver repaired items with efficiency and to follow industrial performance within contracted repair framework :1) Manage on going equipment repair flow :- Follow and secure the expected delivery dates, manage the delays- Boost critical items and priorities find solutions in order to ensure customer satisfaction.- Update dates & useful comments in the information system (SAP).2) Share & Challenge performances with vendors/repairers:- Follow up & monitor KPIs (OTD, TAT, discrepancies...)- Prepare periodic meetings with vendors/repairers (results analysis / powerpoint presentation)- Identify vendors/repairers weaknesses- Organize recovery/improvement plans with vendors/repairers.3) Ensure monitoring of contractual commercial conditions (Quality, Price and TAT):- Identify anomalies and alert interfaces.4) Coordinate actions with AH interfaces (Component repair officer, Back office, Front offices, Purchasing, Technical support, Accounting department...).Your profile :You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement or related discipline.

  • Experience in Sales / Marketing / Procurement would be a plus.

Language Skills:

Anglais : advanced level

French:  advanced level  

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
