Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain Business Improver (f/m) to join our Supply Management Galleys (POCB1) based in Toulouse, France.

You will join POCB1, a transnational, experienced, driven and motivated team in charge of the Supply management for Galleys.
This team’s main concerns are quality, time and costs to fullfil Airbus FAL’s and Plants’s demand.
All the activities are with privileged interface with suppliers and internal customers, buyer, Supply Chain Quality Manager.

Your challenges:
Monitor and analyse supply chain data to allow anticipation on delivery performance issues and root cause analysis of misses, to identify main contributors and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Focal point for POCB for ARP project as business representative, including communication within the teams and active support to the major implementation in plants impacting all supply officers.

Consolidate Procurement deliverables, by respecting milestones and delivering on time, on cost and on quality for supplied products and/or services in line with requirements.

Support the change management and be a force of proposition for the team strategy (e.g. make or buy strategy).

According to sourcing strategies & project constraints, organise efficient ways of working, support the team with consolidation of data, dashboards and automation initiatives.

Your boarding pass:
Educated to degree level in engineering services or economics with several years of work experience.

Operational knowledge or strong interest in supply chain operations and connections with all support functions (quality, procurement, engineering, …), ideally with cabin specificities.

Digital Mindset. Capacity to analyse and manage large volumes of data. Being familiar with Skywise (contour, slate, code workbook, …) is a plus.

Knowledge in project management, with scrum and agile methodologies.

Structured and organised.

Constant mutual support within the team, strong team spirit in transnational team.

Ability to effectively communicate, train and manage changes.

Sense for innovation and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Salary Range
Salary range based on the required profile: 50 to 60 K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
