THE TEAM

As part of our Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiative, AB Tasty is launching a new onboarding and training journey to help new users get the most out of our platform. We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Documentation team and help create learning paths, training modules, and update the Help Center to better serve this new audience.


YOUR MISSION

  • Contribute to the design of learning paths and training modules for new users (define steps, write content, structure interactive modules)
  • Update and enrich the Help Center documentation to address new user needs (FAQs, step-by-step guides, tutorials, videos, etc.)
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify user needs and adapt content accordingly
  • Participate in user segmentation and onboarding personalization brainstorming
  • Suggest ideas to improve the learning experience, customer satisfaction and gamification to boost skills development
  • Content publication and metrics monitoring

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    • Studies in communication, documentation, digital learning, UX writing master or similar
    • Excellent writing skills in English
    • Interest in tech, SaaS, and user experience
    • Team spirit, curiosity, autonomy, and organizational skills
