As a Sales Associate – Life Sciences at 4flow, you will support our Account Executive in driving growth within the life sciences sector. This role combines marketing and sales responsibilities to strengthen relationships with key target accounts and expand business opportunities. 

 

What your new challenge will look like 

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the life sciences sector, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals 

  • Coordinate, execute and oversee marketing activities and campaigns targeted at key accounts in life sciences 

  • Support the development and execution of outreach strategies in collaboration with the Lead Generation team and ensure smooth execution 

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and drive tailored solutions 

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM system 

  • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities 

  • Represent 4flow professionally at life sciences industry events and networking activities 

 

Why you belong at 4flow 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or a related field  

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of services, software solutions, or complex applications within the life sciences industry  

  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning and operations; familiarity with Pharma, BioPharma, or MedTech is a plus  

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships  

  • Able to work independently with a high level of ownership while thriving in a collaborative team environment

  • Willing and flexible to travel up to 50% across Europe for client engagement and business development  

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong sense of initiative and results orientation  

  • Curious and eager to learn, embracing new challenges and continuously expanding knowledge in life sciences and supply chain topics
