We're seeking a passionate and ambitious self-starter to join our team as a Communications & Community Manager. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our brand and community strategy, grow and engage our community, and drive communication across different channels and markets. We are looking for someone who is passionate about community building, social media, and content creation, with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

Your main responsibilities will be to grow our L&D Community (a private slack group called ‘L&D Collective’, that L&D leaders can join to share knowledge and build relationships), as well as own and execute our Social Media strategy, and support the deployment of Marketing Campaigns.

Community Management : 

- Develop and execute the community strategy to ensure our growth and engagement objectives are achieved

- Animate our Slack channel daily, develop exclusive content and manage the newsletter and our associated - LinkedIn page to keep members engaged

- Organize and support in-person and virtual events

- Monitor the results and act on them, bring new ideas, and ensure the community's growth

Social Media & Campaigns Support : 

- Strengthen the communication strategy for both always-on and campaigns together with the Head of Communications 

- Daily management of our social channels

- Own and report on social media performance 

- Develop the social media calendar 

- Write social copy and work closely with the design team to develop social assets 

All of our communication is English-first, but we have a presence in France and Germany. If you have multilingual skills and a passion for engaging with diverse audiences, we encourage you to apply.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Become a Trello expert through our onboarding process
  • Takeover the existing tasks to run our L&D Community
  • Daily management of our social channels
  • Within 3 months, you will:

  • Improve the current community initiatives 
  • Participate in defining and fine-tuning the communication strategy on social
  • Execute the posting calendar: write social copy and coordinate the assets creation
  • Within 6 months, you will:

  • Revamp the community strategy to ensure it’s reaching our growth and engagement objectives
  • Execute the social media part of the communication strategy
  • Within 12 months, you will:

  • Own the community strategy, develop and execute initiatives
  • Develop the social media strategy and participate in the community strategy
  • Be the master of the L&D community and our social media channels!
  • The Skill Set

  • 2+ years of Communications, Community or social media experience (or similar) 
  • You are experienced in copywriting
  • You are great with people & comfortable with presentation and hosting small digital events (e.g. webinars, online panels, and discussions)
  • You are at ease with project management and can prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines 
  • You are highly motivated, resourceful, and a creative thinker!
  • Bilingual English and French

  • Bonus:

  • Knowledge of American culture
  • Experience with Slack, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms 
  • Passionate about learning and other HR & L&D topics: onboarding, upskilling, management training, etc.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS environment
