🎯 Role Overview

As a Salesforce Functional Architect / Salesforce Project Manager & Country Lead Zurich, you will act both as:

  • the functional and project Salesforce lead for our clients, and

  • the 2PACE ambassador in Switzerland, responsible for building and growing our local presence.

You will play a central role in the creation, structuring, and growth of 2PACE’s activity in Zurich.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Functional Architecture & Delivery

  • Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ / Revenue Cloud depending on context).

  • Capture and translate business requirements into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.

  • Lead Salesforce projects (governance, planning, quality, risk management).

  • Ensure functional consistency and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

  • Work closely with nearshore delivery teams and 2PACE technical experts.

  • Act as the main functional and project point of contact for clients.

🔹 Opening & Growing the Zurich Office

  • Launch and structure 2PACE’s first office in Zurich.

  • Build and maintain strong commercial and partner relationships, particularly with Salesforce Switzerland and the local ecosystem.

  • Represent 2PACE at events, meetups, user groups, and client meetings.

  • Contribute to business development activities (pre-sales, networking, opportunity generation).

  • Increase brand visibility and credibility for 2PACE in the Swiss market.

  • Support the progressive build-up of a local team.


Profil recherché

🛠 Profile & Experience

Salesforce & Project Leadership

  • 7+ years of experience on Salesforce in roles combining functional expertise, architecture, or project management.

  • Strong understanding of business processes (sales, customer management, revenue).

  • Ability to engage confidently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Leadership & Business Mindset

  • Entrepreneurial profile, autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Proven ability to build networks and long-term trusted relationships.

  • Comfortable representing a company and developing a market presence.

  • Motivated to build, structure, and grow a new activity.


🌐 Languages (Key Requirement)

  • Swiss German (Zurich dialect) – mandatory for the local market

  • Fluent English – required

  • Professional French – strongly preferred / ideal
