You turn financial data into strategic insights. By managing ARR, key SaaS metrics and P&Ls, you equip decision-makers with the clarity they need to grow the business with confidence.

Your team

You join the Finance team, the stewards of Zenchef’s financial health. We ensure accurate reporting, guide planning, and bring data to the table in every strategic conversation.

What you will do

• Lead ARR reporting and ensure accuracy across actuals, forecasts, and budgets

• Calculate and monitor SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, GRR, and NRR using tools like Chargebee and Salesforce

• Prepare and analyze management reporting using Google Sheets and Excel to support monthly reviews

• Build and maintain forecasts using financial models to anticipate business outcomes

• Own the full P&L scope, from revenue to net result, to track financial performance

• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making

• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, including Netsuite and Databricks

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles with clear, data-backed recommendations

• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and board-level reporting

Requirements:

What you will bring to the table

• 3+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or tech environment

• Hands-on experience managing a full P&L, from top-line to bottom-line

• Expertise in calculating ARR and interpreting SaaS metrics

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with large datasets

• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for financial modeling

• Experience using Chargebee, Salesforce, Netsuite, and/or Databricks

• Ability to explain complex financials in simple terms to non-finance stakeholders

• Fluency in French (spoken) and at least C1-level proficiency in English
