Key missions

Participer à la clôture financière, à la prévision budgétaire (P&L et flux de trésorerie) et à l'analyse des écarts entre les résultats réels et les prévisions.

Réaliser des simulations financières pour améliorer les décisions stratégiques et analyser la marge et la performance par marché, y compris les KPI SaaS.

Améliorer l'efficacité des processus et agir en tant que partenaire commercial transversal.

ROLE & IMPACT 💥

Partoo (+35 M€ ARR company with more than 350 amazing people) is a B2B SaaS scale-up that is committed to helping local businesses, large enterprises, or SMEs get closer to their customers through an all-in-one platform and various solutions that revolve around 3 value propositions: being visible, being chosen, and acquiring new customers.

Our goal as a FP&A team is to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making for C-level executives and shareholders while ensuring the company's financial sustainability.

TEAM 💙

We are actually a team of 3 people (Julien, Etienne and Mohammed) that need to be reinforced by a 4th member.

As an Experienced FP&A Analyst, you will support the company’s financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring the accuracy of actual financial data, analyzing & improving financial performance metrics, building forecast up to 3 years and challenge process efficiency.

MISSIONS 🔥

  • Financial closing
  • Budget forecasting (P&L & Cash Flow)
  • Variance analysis between Actual & Forecast
  • Financial simulations to enhance strategic decisions
  • Margin & performance analysis by market including SaaS KPIs (New acquisition, NRR, Churn)
  • Margin by clients / products
  • Improve process efficiency
  • Transversal Business Partner

    • REQUIRED SKILLS 🎯

  • Master’s degree in Corporate Finance or similar
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A or Business controlling
  • Strong data-driven mindset and modeling skills (masterized Excel is essential)
  • Highly rigorous, attention to detail and strong ability to handle several sources of data
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Autonomous, proactive with an ability to prioritize effectively
  • Fast-paced driven environment
  • Team player is a must
  • French is mandatory & fluency in English is required
