You identify and engage potential customers to create new business opportunities. Your mission is to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads and support our growth.
Your team
You join the BDR team, a group of prospecting experts who connect with restaurant professionals and spark interest in Zenchef. We follow clear Ideal Customer Profile guidelines and partner closely with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue.
What you will do:
Identify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM databases, and industry alerts to build a qualified pipeline
Reach out to prospects by email, phone, and social media to start conversations and assess their interest
Qualify leads using structured discovery calls to understand fit and readiness
Collaborate with Field and Inside Sales to hand over qualified opportunities and refine outreach strategies
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date to track progress and measure results
Test messaging and prospecting approaches to learn what resonates with our audience
Attend regular team syncs to share insights, celebrate wins, and improve processes
Stay on top of industry trends and restaurant tech news to connect better with our audience
Requirements:
What you will bring to the table:
Experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a restaurant, to relate to our customers’ daily challenges
Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
A proactive attitude and self-driven approach to hitting targets
Curiosity and active listening skills to understand what customers really need
Resilience and a growth mindset when facing rejection or challenges
A team-first mindset and willingness to help others succeed
Fluency in French and B2 level in English
