As a Solutions Engineer at Dashdoc, you are part of the Customer Success team in our office in Paris. You are the technical support to the sales team, to make complex deals closing a success :
Thanks to your solid knowledge of the transportation business, your appetence for complex technology products and your ability to communicate efficiently, you connect complex business problems with solutions.
With on-site audits and presentations, you ensure technical and planning feasibility and reassure the decision-makers.
You are the owner of answers to RFQ. You coordinate internal and external teams, you ensure deadlines are met, to make our answers a success. You are able to detect quickly projects that are not aligned with our strategy or roadmap.
You improve the pre-sales process to ensure the sales team is more efficient and sells profitable projects.
You influence the product roadmap thanks to the insights you get from the market and your on-site days with sales.

Transport or industry knowledge, with key accounts companies : you have a good knowledge of this business, thanks to a (at least) 5 year-experience in or with a major transport/ logistics/ industrial company. You have the sense of service and ability to understand the clients’ needs to propose efficient solutions
Product and tech-oriented : attraction for complex saas products, ability to connect business need with product solution, ability to give trainings. You have an experience with complex tools (TMS, ERP, CRM, WMS…), as project manager, key user, consultant, solutions engineer…
Excellent communication skills : interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence internal and external stakeholders, sales and negotiation appetency
Organisation and analytics : excellent ability to analyse data and define KPIs, prioritising between several projects. Proactivity in problem solving.
On-site : availability for weekly travels on clients’ and prospects’ sites. Driving licence is mandatory
Language : you are fluent in French and can work in English (written and spoken). Another language is a bonus.
