As an Account Manager, you will join the “Revenue” organisation composed of 4 teams :

🚀 Lead Generation (BDR/SDR)🎯 Customer Acquisition (Account Executive)📈 Net Revenue Retention (Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Customer Care Officer)🌍 Indirect Sales (Key Account Manager)

Your Missions:

  • Manage your portfolio of existing clients,
  • Build trust and establish excellent relationships with them,
  • Identify opportunities for growth (upsell, cross sell),
  • Negotiate and close expansion deals,
  • Grow aggressively the total MRR of your portfolio,
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team on identifying opportunities and maximizing your clients’ satisfaction.

Your Profile:

You are above all a "consultant", you express yourself with clarity and conviction in order to highlight the value of our solution. You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor. You are also a fierce negotiator able to offer the best possible solution to our customer’s needs.

  • You have 2+ years in Account Management or Sales in a tech environment,
  • Ideally, you have already worked in a fast growing BtoB SaaS scale-up,
  • You have an excellent understanding of business,
  • Your oral and written communication skills in French and English are excellent,
  • You have flair and you have made conviction an art,
  • You know how to adapt to all situations: adjust your speech, bounce back, interact, and convince,
  • You have a positive, enthusiastic and sociable personality,
  • You are a team player.
