The position

Job Description:

Within the revenue team, you will be responsible for qualifying, advising and persuading leads through to closing. The leads are generated by our outbound sales consultants and handed over to account executives for closing. You will also be responsible for qualifying inbound leads from marketing activities and generating a portion of your own sales pipeline.

Your missions:

  • Qualify using the MEDDIC methodology, negotiate and close contracts with inbound leads in France. You will work together with our Business Development Representatives (BDR) to educate the prospect and lead them through advanced sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm about our products.
  • Generate your own pipeline, with a primary focus on bigger deals that contribute to the strategic growth of Yousign
  • Actively listen to prospects (small and medium businesses), and work to understand and reformulate their challenges and pain points
  • Develop in-depth expertise about e-signatures and the sectors that Yousign serves
  • Conduct SaaS app or API demos and build a deep understanding of both products. You will partner with our pre-sales consultant
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service, Marketing and Product teams to optimize our customer experience and improve the marketing pitch as well as the product
  • CRM maintenance (yes, that's part of it too 😉), with the aim of ensuring high data quality. Forecast your future revenue achievement and document daily key activity


Your profile:

You are above all a "consultant" 🤝, you express yourself with clarity and conviction in order to highlight the value of our solution. You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor, and know how to negotiate with a win-win mindset. 

  • You already have a convincing sales experience of 3+ years as an Account Executive / Sales in a tech environment
  • You have already worked in a fast growing BtoB Tech/SaaS scale up
  • Your oral and written communication skills in French (native level) and English are excellent
  • You have flair and you have made conviction an art
  • You know how to adapt to all situations: adjust your speech, bounce back, interact, and convince
  • You have a positive, enthusiastic and sociable personality
  • You are rigorous and dedicated, always going the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
