As part of the strengthening of the Risk & Data team and reporting directly to the head of the “Enterprise Risk Management” group, you will join a fast-growing team and have a high level of responsibility for highly strategic and diversified subjects in close collaboration with the Risk, Partnerships, Tech, Data, Compliance and Internal Control teams and the various business lines (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany).

Owner of the operational risk management strategy

• Lead contributor for Implementation of a Risk and Control Self-Assessment process at Group level
• Main point of contact Risk team for Operational incident management
• Project manager for the update of the Recovery and resolution Plan
• Responsible for the implementation of operational risk mitigation recommendations and measures for Younited Group

Owner of monitoring and reporting for Enterprise Risk department

• Responsible for monitoring of group-wide risk limits in accordance with risk appetite statement
• Responsible for operational risk reporting to Executive committee
• Risk and data team leader for Board Risk committee support update

• Bac+5 in Business or Engineering School (or academic equivalent)
• 4-7 years of professional experience
• 3 years min of experience in a consulting firm, bank
• Other experiences : M&A, business finance, start-up (strategic or financial roles), or audit
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent English Level
• Sense of initiative, creativity, and thoroughness
• Results oriented
• Sensitivity to technological / digital subjects
