The position

Job description

As a Team Leader Sales Development Representative (Inbound) at Welcome to the Jungle, you will be in charge of hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of new and established Sales Development Representative in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

The Sales Development team is the first interaction prospective customers have with Welcome to the Jungle and is key to the success of business as a whole.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will mainly be responsible for :

  • Hiring, coaching and managing a team of talented Sales Development Representatives Inbound (4 to 6 persons) to reach our ambitious company objectives and help them evolve within the company
  • Leading your team to success while maintaining a positive, energetic and motivating work environment
  • Developing the method, results and industry skills of each team member
  • Ensuring the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned on an individual and team basis and adherence to agreed team KPIs
  • Organizing weekly 1:1 meetings using dashboards to track SDR pipelines, activity and performance
  • Day-to-day monitoring of activity and performance
  • Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with Sales Operations, Growth and Marketing teams
