Our key values are:
Ambition: be the leading translation solution for non-tech teams
Curiosity: learn and get better every day
Pragmatism: solving-problems autonomously
Kindness: caring for each other and helping your team members improve
In 2025, we are set to achieve over €37 million in revenue, driven by a talented team of 65+ professionals across six key departments: Development, Product, Technical Support, Marketing, Sales, and People/Finance.
We are looking for a motivated student to join our Partnerships team and work alongside our Partnerships Manager, Céline. Your mission: help our reseller and agency partners grow, and make our internal systems smarter, faster and more efficient.
This role is perfect if you like solving problems, organizing information, improving tools and understanding how a business works behind the scenes. You don’t need startup experience – we’ll teach you everything.
You will join our Sales team composed of 8 people : Héloïse (Account Executive USA & Canada), Clara (Account Executive EMEA), Adèle (Account Executive - outbound), Patrick (Enterprise Success Manager), Tomás (Account Manager), Céline (Partnership Manager), Antoine (Solution Engineer) and Pierre (Chief Sales Officer).
In our Sales strategy, we have different channels to create revenue :
new business (inbound and outbound), upsell and customer retention (existing customers)
resellers and partnerships (third parties who sell Weglot)
As explained above, you will be working on the Resellers and Partnerships channel, with Céline, our Senior Sales Partnerships Manager.
You help make sure everything runs smoothly with the companies that work with us.
Keep partner information up to date
Improve the onboarding of new partners
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Support so partners get what they need
Help maintain a clear, easy to follow partner pipeline
No need to be a data expert – you’ll learn how to use tools step by step.
Collect data from different tools (CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards)
Organize it so it makes sense
Spot trends: who is growing, who needs help, what is working well
Help us make decisions based on real numbers, not intuition
You’ll help us automate tasks with smart workflows.
Create simple automations using no code tools (ex: Zapier, Make, n8n, MCPs)
Improve our internal processes and create value
Leverage A.I. tools and connections to improve efficiency
Every quarter, we meet with key partners to review results
Prepare clear and visual presentations
Highlight the most important insights (what worked, what didn’t, what to do next)
Help build a professional partner experience
No startup experience required. What matters most is curiosity, motivation, and eagerness to learn and play
You like understanding how things work
You are comfortable with numbers (basic Excel or Google Sheets is enough to start)
You enjoy making things more organized and efficient
You learn quickly and aren’t afraid to try new tools
You can work independently but enjoy being part of a team
You speak english and french fluently
If you’ve ever automated something for yourself (a school project, a small script, a clever spreadsheet…), that’s a big plus.
This internship is a fast track to understanding how a tech company works.
How partnerships help a company grow
How to use a CRM and other professional tools
How to automate processes without coding
How to analyze business performance
How different teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) work together
How to build structured presentations for real business meetings
You’ll also get mentorship from the Partnerships Manager and the chance to build skills that are extremely valuable on the job market.
You won’t be “just an intern”. You’ll be part of the team, with real responsibilities and visible impact. You’ll work on concrete projects used every day by the company and our partners.
This is the kind of internship where you learn a lot, fast - and leave with skills you can use anywhere: data, operations, automation, business understanding.
