About the Program Efficiency Squad ⚡

The program efficiency squad’s mission is to build and grow a coaching program that is powerful for our clients and efficient for our coaching practice.
By joining this squad as a Full Stack Engineer you will report to Seb and help in shaping the product for both our clients and coaching supervisors.

Examples of projects you could be working on:

• How clients can see the progress they made based on their defined objective.
• Have a program that’s making sense timing-wise. What are the routines that are good for the clients and allow the supervisors to be efficient?
• Content creation. The process is quite manual for now, how can we add automation to avoid human errors.

What you will do in this role 🤔

• Develop features with high-quality code, perform tests, and ensure that everything meets requirements.
• Contribute to our technical roadmap through architecture meetings and design documents with our CTO.
• Collaborate with other teams, like Product Management and Design to solve problems at a large scale and increase efficiencies.

What you’ll need 😎

• 2+ years of experience in development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven architectural skills.
• Fluency in English.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related area.

What’s the interview process like? ⚒

• Meet with Julien, first call to you get to know you better and tell you more about Wave and the position. (45min)
• Engineering chat with Seb. (1h)
• Technical Interview (code discussion + live technical case). (2h)
• Stakeholder chat. (30min)

On average, the entire process lasts 3 weeks and a decision is usually made within 48hrs after the last interview 🤞
