We are looking for a new Senior Product Manager to join our product team. The team is already composed of 4 members: 2 lead product managers (Charles & Tristan), 1 product manager (Benoît) and 1 data analyst (Réda). 

You will be responsible for Wakeo core feature: the track & trace of multimodal transport flows (sea, air, road, rail).

To do so, you will work on all 3 layers of product management: the strategy, the discovery and the delivery. 

Product strategy

• You identify market trends and opportunities and include them in the roadmap

• You contribute to the development of the product strategy and are responsible for its roadmap

• You communicate the product roadmap to the rest of the teams

Product discovery

• You understand customers and prospects needs and pain points through qualitative user research and quantitative data analysis

• You analyze product use and product performance to identify key improvements

Product delivery

• You define the user experience (UX & UI)

• You manage the product backlog

• You ensure developed features respect the specifications (QA)

• You animate the agile rituals with the developers

• You set up new processes to achieve product delivery objectives and facilitate the daily life of the teams

• You have graduated from a Business or Engineering School and with minimum 4-8 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management. Experience in an international B-to-B SaaS is a plus.

• You are familiar with the agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban).

• You have a technical or analytical background that makes you comfortable with figures and data analyses.

• You have an engineering mindset and basic knowledge in development.

• You have good communication skills by being structured and persuasive and able to make decisions and argue them.

• Good management of ambiguous and complex projects.

• You speak French and English.
