    Who are they?

    Wakam is a European B2B2C insurer that designs white-label insurance products for its partners (e-retailers, brokers and fintech/insurtech, etc.). Our insurance products have the particularity of being embedded in the products or services offered to the end customer (for example, if you take a self-service e-scooter, you are automatically insured).

    Wakam operates in 32 European countries with the majority of its turnover generated outside France.

    The company provides most of its products through API, and hosts white-label insurance solutions via its Play&Plug technology platform.

    At Wakam we believe in the formula “for-profit & for good”. Since March 2021, we are a Mission-driven company, which means that our mission statement ‘Enabling transparent and impactful insurance’ is written in our bylaws. And we go further: by defining 9 concrete commitments to illustrate this mission, such as writing our insurance contracts in plain language (no more confusing terms and conditions). We also create insurance products at cost for associations.

    ✎ Missions

    Pour accompagner la forte croissance de l’entreprise, Wakam est à la recherche d’un(e) alternant(e) au sein de notre Office People & Culture. Rattaché(e) au People Enabler & Internal Communication, tu es le garant de la bonne diffusion des informations en interne et fais vivre la culture "Free to impact" de Wakam.

    C’est un rôle polyvalent dans lequel tu seras au contact de plein de métiers différents. Les projets sont super variés et il y a beaucoup de choses à créer et à mettre en place (tu peux oublier le job café/photocopies !)

    Tes missions seront les suivantes :

    • Créer et suivre le plan de communication interne
    • Faire vivre la culture Wakam et nos marqueurs en organisant :
      • Des évènements : Christmas Party, Family Day, apéro/petit déj,…
      • Des conférences internes (FreeDay, Bespoke Lunch) : recherche des intervenants, préparation des supports, communication interne,…
      • Random Coffee : encourager les Wakamees à se rencontrer au sein de l’entreprise de manière informelle
      • Et toute autre idée est la bienvenue ;)
    • Animer le calendrier éditorial de com interne :
      • Slack : rédaction publication de messages (pour les évènements,…)
      • Wakam Express : publication de notre newsletter interne
    • Notion : améliorer son utilisation et son design pour en faire un outil de soutien aux Wakamees (knowledge management,…)

    Tu seras également en support d’autres activités de l’Office, parmi lesquelles :

    • Aide sur l’onboarding des nouveaux Wakamees
    • Gestion des externes
    • Amélioration du Welcome Pack remis aux nouveaux arrivants

    ✯ Profil recherché

    • Tu es actuellement en Master 1 ou 2 en Communication, École de commerce,… ou équivalent et tu recherches une alternance (obviously)
    • Tu maîtrises l’anglais et le français (tu neu fè pa de fote)
    • Tu es autonome, pro-actif.ve et tu as le contact humain facile
    • Tu es organisé.e, tu priorises ton travail et gères ton temps comme personne
    • Idéalement tu connais Notion et Slack (ou tu apprends vite)
    • Touche d'humour (fortement recommandée ;))
