The position

Job description

Your mission

As a BDR, your mission is to generate qualified sales opportunities. You are the first point of contact with our prospects and play a key role in our growth strategy.

You will work closely with the Sales team (AEs, BDR Manager and Sales Manager), Marketing, as well as the Product and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities (public and private sector, local authorities, integration partners, etc.).

  • Actively prospect (outbound) via phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.

  • Respond to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.

  • Book qualified meetings for the Account Executives.

  • Collaborate with AEs to improve outreach strategies and account mapping.

  • Enrich and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) with rigor and accuracy.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our prospecting processes (scripts, sequences, scoring, etc.).

Goals & KPIs

  • Book between 6 and 8 qualified meetings per week

  • Reach a 10% conversion rate from calls/emails to meetings

  • Keep the CRM as complete as possible so the AE has maximum information on the deal

  • Develop your skills to grow into a BDR Expert, BDR Manager, or Account Executive role

Requirements

  • A first successful experience as an SDR / BDR in a startup, scale-up, or consulting environment

  • Willingness to grow in SaaS sales, starting from prospecting and eventually moving into a full-cycle role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Commercial curiosity: you seek to understand customer challenges, stakeholders, and decision-making cycles

  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools

  • Fluent in French; English is a plus

Compensation package

€30K–€38K base salary depending on school and experience + uncapped variable (at 100% target: between €17.5K and €21.5K)
