Virtuo’s functional landscape is huge : customer Apps and Websites (content, reservation, account management), B2B portal, back-office (fleet, expert and user management) or even integration with partners like Kayak and CityMapper.
This is why the Product team is organized around three main tribes: “Customer”, “Efficiency” and “Support”, themselves split into in squads. These are autonomous cross-functional teams aiming at delivering the best experience to our users who can be either B2C, B2B or Experts.
We wish to recruit a Product Manager for the “Customer” tribe, specifically in the growth section. You’ll work on a variety of projects from scratch with a diverse set of team members, from engineers, designers and operations, you’ll partner to develop impactful solutions for our pros.

🎯 Your missions :

Organization

• Lead and inspire a team of at least 4+ software developers
• Work closely with stakeholders, QA, product managers and product designers and make sure to always communicate on ongoing topics and achievements
• Deliver best practices to improve each process and each tool in your squad
• Build the best squad ever

Ideation and prioritization

• Work closely with the tribe’s Lead PM and stakeholders to build the product roadmap, aligned with OKR
• Define initiatives for your product area in line with quarterly objectives and key results
• Lead discovery and ideation workshops and be able to innovate, propose the right solution
• Organize and prioritize the team’s backlog and be responsible for its achievement

Delivery and execution

• Be responsible for implementing the Agile methodology and the different rituals in order to improve the delivery process in your squad
• Communicate all along the process inside and outside the squad
• Pilot the features using KPIs - tracking plan, continuous improvement

You are fluent in English & French
As a Product Manager you have :

• A significant experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in a fast-growing environment
• Experience working in a B2C environment
• Be curious about solving user problems and deep dive into new topics
• Proven track record to build innovative tech products from the ground up
• Product Expertise : data driven, UX-oriented, chief of delivery
• You know how to work with several stakeholders to build a product that serves the company’s objectives
