The opportunity:

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to manage our Efficiency tribe efforts.
At our core, we’re looking for a visionary leader and vibrant team member who can envision, strategize and execute on the future of our users’ booking experience. We want you to lead a team that will solve all customers’ problems and needs and bring unique value to each of them
You’ll report to the CPO.

🎯 Your missions:

Lead and Inspire a growing team

  • Mentor and manage 1 Product Managers, responsible for the Operations and Expert App squad and be the individual contributor for the —— - Payment and Post Rental Experience
  • Build the best tribe ever : “Winning as a team” with the best communication
  • Delivering with velocity and without friction
  • Understanding business objectives and is involved in achieving them
  • Participating together in the process of spec, ideation and trying to always find the best solution for a problem.
  • Deliver best practices to improve each product process in your tribe.
  • Challenge your tribe organisation to always make sure it suits the company’s challenges

Embody the product vision at your tribe level

  • Oversee the vision and strategy for the Efficiency tribe, bringing unique value for our customers and business partners
  • Build and maintain a detailed roadmap based on outcomes and insights (company’s strategy and OKR, users’ feedback, data analysis, etc.). Define initiatives for your product area in line with quarterly objectives and key results
  • Work closely with every other company departments (Operations, Finance, CS, etc.) to align business goals, customer needs and product vision. Communicate the product strategy in great detail within and outside your tribe and make sure it is clear to everyone

Product Discovery & Analytics

  • Perfect knowledge of our user pain points, motivations and needs through qualitative research side by side with the UX (interviews, focus groups, customer service…) - Being on the field and being empathic is compulsory for this tribe.
  • Nurture a data-driven experimental process, both hands-on in the data and collaborating with analysts to uncover opportunities, test hypotheses, and prioritise the roadmap.
  • Define and support our goals and KPIs by solving the right problems to improve consumer experience and drive business outcomes
  • Own the outcome of the Efficiency tribes work, providing detailed insights into KPI impact for the Leadership team.

Product Execution

  • Ensure the team is building the right thing in the right way
  • Work closely with Tech to improve velocity, process and execution of the roadmap
  • Own, monitor and optimize initiatives launched by the tribe

Preferred experience

🌟 This role is perfect for you if:

As a Lead PM you have :

  • A significant Product experience (8+ years) in a fast-growing environment (XP on supply challenges and automation is compulsory, payment is a plus)
  • 2-4 years experience managing and mentoring Product people
  • Proven leadership skills and can easily motivate and inspire people
  • Proven track record to build innovative tech products from the ground up
  • Product Expertise : data driven, customer obsessed, high velocity enabler

You have a startup spirit & attitude :

  • Self starter, autonomous, organized, both a planner and showing agility.
  • A visionary mindset and a problem solver at heart
  • Hands on, eager to make things happen, with a bias for action.
  • Impact driven.

You have extraordinary social skills at all levels :

  • You are fluent in English. French a plus.
  • You are a strong communicator, internally (with all teams) and externally with clarity, humility and precision
  • You are a strong team player, with product, tech and business teams
