In order to support the continuous growth of our business, we are looking for a new Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
You will work under the supervision of our Head of FP&A (Marie), and work closely with our FP&A Analyst (Tristan). In this role, you will help analyze and project our financial performance to drive improvement and optimization.
You will be a successful candidate if you are highly analytical, focused on robustly challenging and delivering insight to improve business performance.

🎯 Your missions:

Reporting

• Be responsible for monthly reporting related to your scope, for internal and external stakeholders, including budget and forecast variance analysis
• Communicate important takeaways to senior stakeholders, including identifying opportunities and risks
• Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis

Planning

• Drive the planning process within your scope (annual budget, reforecasts, monthly financial reviews), challenging assumptions and ensuring business drivers are clearly understood and highlighted

Process improvement

• Participate to process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, dashboards, and recommendation of actions for optimization
• Work alongside the FP&A team in data analysis: create and organize financial dashboards on our BI software (Looker), help implement our new budgeting software (Pigment)
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects to support the growth of Virtuo

• You have a Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (Bac +5 – business/engineering school)
• You have relevant work experience (internships included) in FP&A or audit/transaction services
• You are a quick learner, proactive, and well organized
• You are able to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
• You are analytical with strong logical thinking skills
• You work well individually as well as in a team environment
• You are Fluent in French with excellent communication skills in English
• You have previous financial modeling experience, comfortable working with large datasets (Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau,…)
