About the role

Reporting to our Organisation Development Director, you will join a team of five People Business Partners and one Talent Manager fully dedicated to the development of Vestiaire Collective organization, at a global level. 

As a Senior People Manager, you will have three main responsibilities: drive the people and organizational development, in collaboration with US functions (Operations / Marketing / Commercial), recruit the future talents of the US organization (currently 40 FTE) & oversee everything people operations (including payroll and workplace experience)

This position is based in Manhattan, New York City and involves the management of one People Operations specialist.

  • Drive organizational development in the US:
  • Understand our global People strategy and defline it in the US to drive a high performance culture and high organizational efficiency
  • Partner with other People partners and our Talent manager to build, continuously optimize and deploy our people experience processes
  • Act as a true partner to your population:
  • Drive a highly engaging environment for our employees that embodies our values
  • Support our US CEO and our US managers by bringing people expertise & develop solutions to help the business to deliver its strategy
  • Responsible for US team recruitments:
  • Source, coach & nurture the best profiles for Vestiaire
  • Manage your candidates' hiring process seamlessly to ensure a smooth and high-qualitative experience
