Vestiaire Collective is looking for a B2C Account Manager EMEA (Maternity Cover) to join the B2C Team in Paris

About the role 🖥️

The B2C team collaborates with our network of professional sellers located across EMEA, APAC, and US markets. As a B2C Account Manager EMEA, you will oversee a portfolio of sellers in Europe. Your primary objective will be to optimize the GMV generated by your accounts by providing guidance on our tools, sharing sales best practices, and offering top-tier assistance. You will report to the Team Leader B2C EMEA and collaborate closely with the B2C EMEA & Global team.

About the role 🖥️

  • Account Management: Ensure that our clients receive exceptional sales and operational customer service, including day-to-day support and troubleshooting. 
  • Seller education: Be responsible for educating sellers on best sales practices, including resale pricing and fashion e-commerce trends. 
  • Reporting: Measure the growth and performance of your accounts based on defined KPI’s. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, identifying key insights to drive B2C business growth.
  • Campaigns: Aid in the planning of B2C campaigns by negotiating temporary discounts with your portfolio.
  • Business Development: Participate in the onboarding process of new B2C applications coming from our Landing Page.
  • Who you are ⭐

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, account management or sales within the fashion and/or ecommerce industry
  • Available for a 6 months fixed term contract starting from July 
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Proficiency in another language (Spanish, Italian, or German) is a plus. 
  • Strong interest in the pre-loved fashion market. Good knowledge of the industry and its key players is a strong plus. 
  • Dynamic, detail-oriented and organized with a strong business acumen.
  • Proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused and adept at utilizing data analytics to drive informed business decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
