Vestiaire Collective is looking for a passionate C2C seller project manager to join our C2C team in Paris.

About the role

The “C2C” team is responsible for growing the business of private (C2C) sellers. As C2C seller project manager, you will be reporting into the VP C2C (former BCG project leader). You will be responsible for leading C2C global projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead selected projects to increase the C2C supply & conversion, such as deposit form revamp or seller center, in relationship with product team
• Design new automated communication flows to boost engagement, in relationship with CRM team
• Identify, test and monitor new features leveraging seller feedbacks
• Build & animate seller communities to develop engagement, in relationships with Regions
• Lead other ad hoc projects to increase seller stickiness (e.g. feature education)

Who you are

• Graduated from a top Business / Engineer school
• 3-4 years of experience in project management functions in Ecommerce players
• Detail-oriented
• Autonomy & rigor
• Ability to innovate
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Fluency in English
