Founded in 2009, Vestiaire Collective launched with the aim of offering a high- quality resale site in which members can buy and sell luxury fashion in a trusted environment. The site stands out from other platforms due to its knowledgeable curation team, authenticity and quality control process as well as its extensive community of over 10 million members in 50 countries worldwide. In a new era of smart shopping, Vestiaire Collective is the answer to evolving attitudes to consuming fashion and the circular economy, giving customers the opportunity to extend the lifespan of pieces they no longer wear by bringing them back into circulation.

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a talented, fashion-minded, and analytical 360 Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team in Paris

About the role

Reporting to the Head of 360 Campaigns & Digital Activation and as part of the Global Marketing team, you will own the project management of major campaigns at Vestiaire Collective.

360 Marketing Campaigns are key moments for our commercial growth and brand awareness ambitions, allowing us to reach new milestones, break records, and bring all functions to work together.

You will lead global cross-functional projects and marketing aiming to define & create those moments as well as manage the execution and performance with multiple work streams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the Head of 360 Campaigns & Digital Activation with the development of the Global Marketing calendar, and plan it in partnership with the wider Global Marketing Team
  • Think creatively and strategically about how we can build the most engaging and effective Brand and Commercial Campaigns, working closely alongside key stakeholders to do so (Brand Marketing, PR, Social Media, Influence and Fashion)
  • Support with the development and ownership of the Commercial and Brand Marketing Campaigns playbook, giving clear guidelines to regions
  • Implement and project manage the major campaign strategy to support our ambitious objectives and break records:
    • Innovate on campaign concepts by partnering with Brand, Social, Fashion, Creative, Growth Category Management and Regional teams
    • Identify commercial and brand innovations needed (Gamification, Engagement features) and bring them to life with Tech and Product teams
  • Help regions reach ambitious awareness, traffic and GMV targets:
    • Lead cross-functional campaign projects (PMOs, mega campaigns and 360 campaigns) 
    • Challenge all work streams and schedules to meet the delivery deadline, tracking dates, revising when necessary and escalating when deadlines are not met
    • Ensure all projects address key objectives and are delivered on time
  • Coordinate post-project review (project retrospectives) to ensure projects are effectively evaluated against objectives and key learnings and insights are fed back into the business

Who you are

  • Proven experience of leading complex projects in a top-tier consulting firm or for an ecommerce player (5+ years)
  • Have both an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, high growth environment and a sharp, analytical mind
  • Proven Project Management skills showcasing organized & skilled management across multiple work streams; meeting deadlines and coming into budget
  • A strong team player and people manager - able to gain trust, respect, and confidence quickly and effectively
  • Determined, resilient and able to stay positive under pressure
  • High interest and sensitivity to fashion, luxury trends and sustainability 
  • A strong commercial awareness and analytical mind to maximize performance
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
