The position

Job description

As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about revenue operations and its pivotal role in driving success. You will be joining a team that operates throughout the company from acquisition to customer success and beyond. This team is currently composed of:

  • 2 Revenue Operations Associates

  • 1 Senior Revenue Operations Manager (open position)

  • 1 Salesforce Architect

  • 1 Senior Data Analyst (open position)

  • 1 Senior Growth Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operations Management: Oversee and optimize all revenue-related processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to extract insights and drive data-driven decisions to maximize revenue growth.

  • Salesforce and Automation Mastery: Implement, manage, and enhance Salesforce and other automation tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure cohesive and effective revenue operations.

  • Process Innovation: Continuously identify and implement creative solutions and improvements to revenue processes, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue operations, making adjustments as necessary to meet and exceed targets.

  • Continuous Learning & Teaching: While you broaden your horizons in Revenue Operations or Data Science, share your expertise with the team. At Veesion, we believe in growing together.


Preferred experience

Ideal profile:

The ideal candidate will be eager to demonstrate that everything is achievable, bringing a blend of technical expertise, including proficiency in SQL, automation tools, and Salesforce, along with a strong foundation in operational strategy.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue operations.

  • Strong technical skills, we believe that if you can imagine it you should be able to create it.

  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a keen eye for process optimization.

  • Excellent documentation and training skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce certification) is a plus.

  • You speak fluently english, french is a plus as we’re a french company.
