    Job description

    We are building a world-class B2B payment leader. Therefore do we need the very best talents across the board and the globe. 

    As a Senior International Recruiter, your main objectives will be to:

    • Increase Upflow’s ability to attract and retain talent (from tech to business) in Europe and the US.
    • Reduce dependency towards hiring agencies on recurring roles (fullstack software engineers, business developers, account executives, etc.).

    Your day-to-day work will be to:

    • Source and screen talent accordingly to pre-set, strategic business goals.
    • Focus on very different roles: [Product & Engineering; Business] x [Europe; US]
    • Shepherd sourced candidates through the recruiting process.
    • Feed a structured and actionable talent pool.
    • Work hand-in-hand with Antoine (Senior Recruiter) and hiring managers to optimize recruiting processes, enhance candidate experience and boost NPS.

    Preferred experience

    You have at least two year experience in recruiting critical talents in a fast pace and complex environment. Your peers and managers describe you as someone with:

    • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), who understands their own and other peoples feelings and relate with them, and cope with daily demands and pressure.
    • Great written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. 
    • Outstanding learning capabilities, in both pace and complexity.
    • Finally, you thrive on challenges and seek for well-deserved autonomy.

    Recruitment process

    1. Screening call with Antoine (Senior Recruiter).
    2. Home assessment and review with Antoine.
    3. Meeting with Philippe (VP Engineering, Paris) and Ian (Sales Director, New York) to confirm culture fit. 
    4. Final interview with Barnaby (CTO & cofounder) and Alexandre (CEO & cofounder).
