Job description

About the role

As part of the Business Operations team your mission will be to bring operational capabilities, analytical skills and surface business insights from data to enable strong execution — with the ultimate goal of ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. You’ll take ownership on cross-functional initiatives & projects, get direct exposure to our top tier customers and support other all internal teams in their day-to-day execution.

How you’ll make an impact

Revenue operations

  • Help design, implement & document efficient internal operational processes
  • Continuously participate and improve our bi-weekly reporting processes & ensure their accuracy
  • Build CRM features in Salesforce, enabling revenue teams to do more and in less time

Data

  • Build internal company dashboards and KPIs to make sure we’re on the right track
  • Setup automations between internal tools using low-code tools or code scripts
  • Perform data consistency checks and housekeeping

Customer Support & Success operations

  • Perform customer base analyses & monitoring of accounts health (such as NPS or health score)
  • Help scaling our Support & Success activities through analyses, better processes, and product feedbacks
  • Support the Success team in engaging our customers to drive product usage and upsells
  • Occasionally be on the front line for complex customer inquiries

Preferred experience

Must-have

  • Proficient in basic data manipulation with Excel/Gsheet using canonical features (index/match, sumifs, small macros/scripts, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Keen interest in B2B finance and payments
  • First-principles thinker, with an ability to deconstruct complex problems into smaller pieces
  • Strong self-starter and ability to rapidly build trust with stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a small, ambitious team with strong accountability

Nice-to-have (not mandatory)

  • Experience with SQL, Salesforce, no-code/low-code tools. If none, willing to learn fast :)
  • Experience in a high growth SaaS company, ideally in Operations, Growth or Customer Success

🤩 Interview: 45 min in visio with your hiring manager to get to know each other and answering your questions. Be prepared, be curious.

🤓 Case: your time to shine! We usually provide a detailed written technical test allowing you to showcase your capabilities.

✅ Ref checks: we always take the time to do a few ref checks from your previous lives. That will help us understand how to get you onboard.

🤝 Interviews 2nd round: you meet with 1 co-founder and 1/2 peers as needed.
