Collaborating with all departments within Trustpair, our Operations team covers 3 distinct areas : 

• Business Operations & Strategy: Driving the company's structuration by facilitating strategic discussions and leading cross-team projects ;
• KYS (Know Your Supplier) Operations: Processing detailed checks on our clients' 3rd parties, complementing Trustpair's digital workflows, reinforcing our ability to prevent fraud ;
• Data: Helping the company take better, data-informed decisions 

Your role:

Within our Business Operations & Strategy team, mentored by Cyrille, our VP Operations, you will work with Trustpair’s leadership team on the following missions : 

• Enhance the company’s governance and decision-making, by preparing and facilitating our Executive Committees / Projects committees / Strategic Seminars & workshops, as well as communicating key outcomes, following up on delivery and tracking achievements (~25% of the time) ;
• Reinforce our strategic thinking by supporting the leadership team in clearly articulating their vision & strategy, relying on facts / data analysis / relevant insights prepared when required (25%) ;
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects (process optimization, operating model design, organization, tools deployment…) helping the company structure further and scale as we grow, working with all areas within Trustpair : Operations, Product, Data, Tech, Sales, Customer Success…(50%) 

As our Business Operations & Strategy Manager, you will effectively hold a key, central, strategic position in the company, with strong exposure to Trustpair’s management and a pivotal role in our decision-making processes.

PROFILE

• You hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration or similar ;
• You have at least 3Y of professional experience (excluding internships) in structured, challenging and versatile business environments (i.e management / Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking / M&A, VCs, Private Equity, Chief of Staff, Startup/Scaleup with similar role) ;
• You possess a significative experience in project management (you've already led autonomously full projects or modules) ;
• You are well-known for your strong problem-solving skills, you're a data-driven and result-oriented person and you have very solid quantitative or financial modelling skills (Excel / Gsheet) ;
• You are endowed with rigor and you pay attention to detail ;
• You're a true leader and you love working in a team ;
• You possess outstanding written and oral communication skills ;
• You're perfectly fluent in French / English

• Founder interview with Alexandre, Co-founder and Managing Director (1h)

SALARY : 50-65K€ + 10% bonus
